Privacy policy

CR-Zero, a free browser game. Last updated: 21 October 2026.

The short version

The game doesn't have accounts and doesn't ask for your name, email or location. Your game progress stays on your own device. The site shows ads provided by Google, and those use cookies, which you can control.

What stays on your device

Advertising

This site uses Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads, limit how often you see them, measure how they perform, and, if you allow it, personalise them based on your browsing. In doing so Google may collect your IP address, device and browser details, and your activity on this and other sites.

Fonts

The game loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when the page loads and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) as described in GitHub's privacy statement. We don't run our own analytics.

Children

The game contains stylised fist-fights between street gangs and references to cannabis. It isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect any personal information from anyone.

Your rights

We don't hold personal information about you, so there's nothing to access, correct or delete on our side. For data held by Google or GitHub, use the links above. If you're in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it. Questions can be raised at github.com/NeilBr87/CR-Zero/issues.
